How we get your order to you — and what to do if something isn't right.
Shipping
- We deliver Australia-wide from within Australia.
- Free shipping on orders over A$100.00. Below that, shipping is calculated at checkout.
- Every order ships with a tracking number — follow it from your account or the tracking page.
- Delivery times vary by location; metropolitan areas are typically faster than regional and remote addresses.
Age verification on delivery
Tobacco products are age-restricted. You must be 18 years or older to order, and the courier may ask for valid photo ID showing you are over 18 before handing over your parcel.
Returns
Because tobacco products are age-restricted consumables, we can only accept returns where the item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect.
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue.
- We'll arrange a replacement or refund for the affected items.
- For hygiene and legal reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or change-of-mind items.
